city. Basically an extension of Calangute beach. You cannot find out
where Calangute beach ends and where Baga beach begins. Lies in the
lee of a rocky, wooded headland. A small lovely river flows into the
sea at the top of the village. |

busiest and most commercialized beach of the state. The road from
the temple the Calangute beach is the biggest shopping area from souvenir,

at the mouth of the Nerul River. Only beach of Goa where the land

is the main beach of Panaji The state capital of Goa. The beach itself
is very wide and backed by palms and fir trees; it's a weekend beach

Dona Paula Beach

Another attraction is the old fishing jetty which shuttles across
the bay to the Marmagoa harbor four times a day. This 20-minute ride

Bambolim

from panaji. Bambolim is famous for the miraculous Bambolim cross,
now with a beautifully structured church. Visit the Bambolim cross
and walk exactly in the opposite direction downwards from the hill.
20 minutes of relaxing downhill walk leads you to Bambolim beach.
It is very popular among early morning swimmer and is also consider
a lovely spot for picnic. Plenty of seashells on this beach. |

Colva beach

Margoa city. Mostly crowded on Sundays. |

Palolem beach

km from Margoa city. This is a 'C' shaped beach, wit a backdrop of
Western Ghats is one of Goa's most beautiful southern beaches. The
hill at the north end is partly submerges at high tide and gives the
impression of an island in the middle of calm lagoon. |

km of pristine clean beach. Beach of starred hotels there are many

Betul beach

It's
a fishing village and number harbour. When the tide goes down what
you see is Betul beach. Very golden sands and very picturesque surroundings.
Betul village is on the other side of the fast flowing river. A bizarre
sight is local people catching oysters with their toes in the middle
of the river.
